Frank De Wit of Netherlands (-81kg) and Timna Nelson-Levy of Israel (-57kg) have gained some colors since their halftone World championships in Baku. They both won the bronze medal at the Cancun Grand-Prix.

He had not experienced the joy of an international podium since the Paris Grand Slam last February. Frank De Wit of Netherlands (-81 kg) lost in the quarter-finals to German Gramkow, before successively beta Spain’s Mendiola and then Russia’s Khubetsov after 4 minutes of Golden score, to get the bronze.
Israel’s Timna Nelson-Levy (-57 kg) won her third medal of the year on the IJF World Tour. After her success in Agadir and her 3rd place in Tbilisi, she gleans again the bronze in Cancun. Defeated in the quarter-finals by Romania’s Caprioriu, she then dominated Poland’s Borowska and then Britain’s World medalist, Nekoda Smythe-Davis, by Ippon for the bronze medal win.
